Yacht Charters


  • How do I know I am chartering the right yacht for me?

    Our brokers are reliable professionals in the industry. They listen to your needs and, as they have researched the market thoroughly,  in order to provide you with the best options. 

  • What is APA?

    APA stands for Advanced Provisioning Allowance.

    It can be be up to 30% of your yacht charter fee and serves to cover all expenses related to berth, food, fuel, etc. The crew registers all of the expenses and advises you if the amount available on board is enough or has to be integrated with an additional amount. 

  • Should I tip the crew?

    Tips are welcome among crews, it shows apppreciation for their work onboard. However it is not mandatory, it is customary to leave between 5% and 15% of the charter fee as a tip at the end of your charter, if the service has been of your appreciation.  


Payment & Cancellation


  • What payment methods do you accept?

    The payment method depends on the type of yacht and charter you are looking to book. We accept credit cards for day charters (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), and bank-wire transfers only for week charters.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The cancellation policy varies on the type of charter and yacht you are booking. In general terms, we require between 30% and 50% of the charter fee to book a yacht. Please enquire for specific cancellation details of your booking. 

  • What happens if I have to cancel because of COVID-19?

    COVID-19 cancellation policies vary from yacht to yacht, please enquire for the specific terms for your chosen yacht. 


Business & office


  • Where is your office?

    We are a 100% online company, however offer quality in-person service during your vacation. We work remotely during the planning phase, but we have a strong network of local partners and the booking personnel will come to meet you on the day you embark, if you require so.  Our partners are based in different locations: Ibiza (Spain), the Amalfi coast, Capri (Italy). One of our team is always available at your charter location when local assistance is needed. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We work upon demand. Our team is standing by 24/7 in 8 different languages (English, Français, Italiano, Deutsch, Portugues, Espanol, Catalan, Nederlands)  to help make things right with booking, rescheduling or cancelling a reservation.
